Ultrasonic 3 groups, each group 720W, digital control electric heating 5 groups, stainless steel circulating pump and filter. The machine is used for quick cleaning and drying of finished glasses before packaging. There is a cutting sink for waterless treatment on the surface. The lower door is made of stainless steel material and equipped with four universal casters with brake function, which is convenient to move and ensures comfortable and fast production.

For TR, PC, plastic, sheet, metal and other materials finished glasses frame, optical lenses, hardware accessories and other products quick cleaning. Set cleaning, drying as one.
Cleaning Procedure :
Feeding → ultrasonic rough washing → ultrasonic rinsing → soft water spray → ultrasonic fine washing → DI water cutting → hot air drying → discharging
